Fitness Fun and Friendship!

Adult class is a loosely structured program for those 18 years and over that want to come to gymnastics and learn specific gymnastics skills or goals in mind. No other classes are scheduled at this time so as adults have the opportunity to come and practice whatever skill/trick they have in mind or if they have a specific apparatus they wish to master!
