Booking Process
To make a booking for our holiday program please select, download and complete the booking form below and email to [email protected]
All NEW Members will need to complete an Enrolment Form (first page) along with submitting the Booking Form for the days/sessions attending (second page). Any current members attending, will only need to complete the session Booking Form (second page of the attachments below).
NB: Be sure to indicate on the booking form if you are wanting the pizza lunch on Wednesday sessions. This is an additional $5 per person and only available on Wednesdays. Parents should still pack a snack or two for kids to have at morning and afternoon tea on these days. All children should have a drink bottle and clearly named.
