Little Springers
Ages: 3-4 years

Children can discover independence from parents, experiment and learn under the sole guidance of a coach in a safe, yet challenging environment. This class promotes social engagement with peers, further defines gross motor skills and enhances physical confidence. Here, children learn to listen, comprehend instructions, learn about turn taking and use whole, body movements.

Parents are required to wait in the foyer area and not leave the building.

Mighty Movers
Ages: 4-5 years

These sessions run in the mornings in our Gymnasium 2 (2nd level). Children focus on gymnastics fundamentals, basic strengths and developing body awareness. Children must be toilet trained and comfortable with their own independence. Reinforcing the positive attributes of physical fitness, this class teaches body control, spatial awareness and physical confidence away from the distractions of the main gym.

Parents are to wait downstairs in the foyer.
