Refund Policy: Unfortunately we are unable to give refunds for our classes, nor transfer fees to siblings, relatives or friends.
Deferral of fees will be considered in extreme circumstances only and on a case-by-case basis.
Make up policy:
We are unable to accommodate for any missed or cancelled lessons by way of a make up lesson or credit. Members must acknowledge and understand at the time of enrolment that they will need to ensure they manage their appointments around their child's gymnastics lessons to ensure their attendance for the duration of their enrolment.
